Branch Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Operations Manager to manage day-to-day branch operations, customer handling, loan processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Loan Operations with strong operational and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle loan enquiry calls and assist customers with loan-related information.
• Attend and manage walk-in customers and resolve their queries effectively.
• Collect, verify, and maintain KYC and loan-related documents.
• Process and update loan applications in the company software/system.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of loan documentation and files.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and application requirements.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain proper loan files, records, and branch documentation.
• Monitor day-to-day branch operations and ensure processes are followed properly.
• Coordinate with the sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper record maintenance at the branch.

Eligibility \& Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / DSA / Loan Processing / Branch Operations.
• Good knowledge of loan documentation and KYC processes.
• Good computer and system-handling skills.
• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day branch operations.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with prior experience in NBFCs, banks, DSAs, loan processing, branch operations, or financial services will be preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
