Social Media Manager / Content & Video Executive

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and responsible Social Media Manager / Content \& Video Executive to join our team. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, shooting and editing videos, and supporting the studio’s overall digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, reels, content creation and video editing, along with strong communication and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Plan and create engaging posts, reels, stories and short-form videos.
• Shoot and edit videos for social media and promotional content.
• Keep up with current Instagram trends, audio, formats and content ideas.
• Write captions, hooks and basic content copies.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
• Coordinate with the team for shoots, campaigns and content requirements.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas for improvement.
• Handle basic client communication and follow-ups when required.
• Support promotional and sales activities of the studio.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of video editing.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends and visual content.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media, content creation or video editing is preferred.

Technical Skills / Tools

• Knowledge of common social media management and content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with video editing and graphic designing tools will be an advantage.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
