Telecaller / Patient Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding IVF and fertility treatment.
• Counsel patients and couples about IVF procedures, consultations, and available treatment options.
• Understand patient requirements, answer basic queries, and provide accurate information about the centre and consultation process.
• Convince and motivate interested patients to visit the IVF centre for consultation with the doctor.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper patient communication.
• Coordinate doctor calling/appointments and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and patient responses.
• Build a professional and empathetic relationship with patients while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate with the IVF/clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• English communication preferred.
• Smart, confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, patient counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
