Claims Representative

Key Responsibilities Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and digital platforms. Meet prospective clients and explain company products and services. Look after the insurance of the customer & help in claim processing Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain CRM and update customer interactions regularly. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Prepare sales reports and MIS on a regular basis. Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and business events.
