Home Care Physiotherapist – MOC Cancer Care Centre

Locations

Western Mumbai – 1 Position

Central Mumbai – 1 Position

South Mumbai – 1 Position

Role & Responsibilities

Provide home-based physiotherapy to MOC patients as per their individual needs and treatment plans.

Assess patients’ mobility, strength, balance and functional limitations.

Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.

Support patients with pain management, mobility, strength, post-operative and functional rehabilitation.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, positioning and precautions.

Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses and the MOC clinical team regarding patient progress and concerns.

Ensure compassionate and patient-centric care during home visits.

Travel to patients’ homes across the assigned Mumbai region.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: BPT / Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in hospital, home care, rehabilitation or oncology will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working independently and conducting home visits.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region is mandatory.
