The Role

You'll be the face of Aadaten on the floor. This one role covers the store, the café, customer service, sales and billing. You'll greet customers, guide them through our products and menu, take orders, serve, handle billing, and make sure every visitor leaves happy and wants to come back. Every Employee needs to Learn All duties and perform as per company requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Hospitality

Greet and welcome every customer warmly; maintain a calm, courteous and helpful presence

Answer questions about products, ingredients, Jain/clean-label standards and the café menu

Handle complaints, returns and feedback politely and escalate when needed

Capture customer details for memberships, loyalty and follow-ups

Sales (Store)

Explain products across our categories and recommend the right items

Cross-sell and upsell — combos, memberships, gift packs, café add-ons

Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Keep shelves stocked, neat and correctly priced; help with stock counts and receiving deliveries

Café Service

Take orders at the counter/table, enter them in the POS and pass KOTs to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages following presentation and hygiene standards wen required.

Cashier & Billing

Generate accurate bills on the POS; handle cash, UPI and card payments

Issue GST invoices and process refunds/exchanges as per policy

Do opening and closing cash counts and hand over the cash report each shift

Make sure there are no billing errors or cash mismatches

Store Operations

Follow opening/closing checklists, hygiene and FSSAI norms

Keep the store and café looking presentable at all times

Support visual merchandising, promotions and in-store events

Working Hours & Shifts

The store and café run 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. You'll work in rotating shifts of about 10 hours (including break), for example

Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Evening shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

One weekly off on a rotational basis. Weekends and festive days are peak days, so offs are usually on weekdays.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

0–3 years of experience in retail, café, QSR, hospitality or cashier roles (freshers with the right attitude welcome)

Good spoken Hindi and English; Gujarati or Marathi is a plus

Comfortable with basic computer/POS use, UPI and card payments

Friendly, presentable, honest and good with numbers

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Respect for Jain food practices, or willingness to learn them fully
