Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our IT services, generating leads, and following up with prospects.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.

Explain our website, mobile app, software development, digital marketing, and IT services.

Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Schedule meetings or discussions with interested clients.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams.

Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

Hindi is an added advantage.

Confident and professional speaking ability.

Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.

Previous telecalling, sales, or lead-generation experience is an advantage.
