Job Overview [24]7.ai is hiring freshers for the position of Associate in Bengaluru. This role involves managing international customer interactions via chat, delivering real-time query resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards in a global operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage live customer inquiries through international digital chat channels in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer accurate resolutions using internal knowledge bases.

Maintain superior standards of written English communication and customer service etiquette.

Achieve key operational metrics, including Chat Handle Time, Quality Scores, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously while keeping chat logs accurate and detailed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: Freshers from any educational background (Graduates, Undergraduates, or Diploma holders).
Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with strong grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
Technical Skills: Basic computer navigation knowledge and standard typing speed with good accuracy.
Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational and night shifts.
Work Location: Bengaluru.
