Supervisor, Server, Sr. Server

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service

Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role) as per standard recipes

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service and work areas

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties

Assist in supervising team members and coordinating shifts (for Supervisor/Assistant Manager roles)

Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality or food & beverage service preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Team player with a positive attitude
