Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced High Fashion Merchandiser to join our luxury brand team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the apparel, clothing, or fashion industry, with a keen eye for trends and a passion for high fashion. This role will involve strategic planning, product selection, and collaboration with various teams to drive sales and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising Strategy

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and maximize sales.

Trend Analysis

Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.

Product Selection: Collaborate with design and production teams to select and curate collections that align with brand identity and customer expectations.

Sales Forecasting

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.

Visual Merchandising

Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing presentation of products in-store and online.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.

Vendor Relations

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely product delivery.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement in merchandising strategies.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in merchandising within the apparel, clothing, or fashion industry.

Strong understanding of high fashion trends and consumer behavior.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting tools.

Pay
