Client Relationship Executive

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Management Executive (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves managing client interactions post-order, ensuring satisfaction, addressing queries, and supporting timely payment collection while delivering exceptional after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all client leads are effectively followed up after order placement.
• Provide consistent after-sales service to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Actively collect and document genuine client feedback for service improvement.
• Manage client servicing from order confirmation until payment collection.
• Address and resolve all client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guidance about company products/services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and escalate issues when required.
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams.
