Accountant

Job Brief

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Accountant to oversee our daily financial activities. In this role, you will prepare financial statements, reconcile bank accounts, manage invoices, and assist with tax filings. Your work will help maintain our organization's financial health and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records: Record daily transactions, update the general ledger, and process accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR).
• Reconcile accounts: Perform routine bank and balance sheet reconciliations to identify and fix discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports: Draft essential monthly and yearly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure tax compliance: Assist with preparing tax documents, processing returns, and aligning operations with legal standards.
• Support budgeting: Review expenses and help manage corporate budgets and financial forecasts.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of general corporate accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting tools like Tally
• Core Competencies: Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
