Lead Generation Executive

Anushri Systech Pvt Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Chennai company supplying UPS systems, batteries, stabilizers (VIVATEK brand) and solar power plants (ASPL Solar) to factories, hospitals, hotels, schools and government offices. We are looking for energetic Lead Generation Executives to join our sales team at Mylapore . Roles & Responsibilities: Call factories, hospitals, hotels and offices to identify customers who need UPS, solar or battery solutions Speak to Maintenance Heads, Facility Managers and Purchase Managers to understand their requirement Qualify leads and fix meetings for our sales engineers Follow up on website, IndiaMART and referral enquiries Maintain daily call records and lead status in Excel / Google Sheets Achieve weekly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings Requirements: Freshers and experienced (0–3 years) candidates welcome Fluent Tamil and basic to good spoken English Confident and polite on phone calls Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Any degree or diploma (EEE/ECE is an advantage, not mandatory) What We Offer: Fixed salary + monthly incentive for every qualified lead and order PF, ESI and paid leave Full product training on solar, UPS and batteries Only B2B calls, no loan or credit card selling Day shift, Sunday off, office job (no field work) Growth to Inside Sales and Sales Executive roles Work Timing: [9:30 AM – 6:00 PM], Monday to Saturday Location: Mylapore, Chennai
