International Voice/ Chat Process BPO

Responsibilities

Handling inbound calls and chat, providing excellent customer service.

Shifts

5 days working , 2 rotational week offs

UK - 11 am to 3am (any 9 hours shift)

US - 5 pm to 7 am (any 9 hours shift)

AUS- 3 am onwards any 9 hours shift)
