Data Entry: Inputting information (customer data, account info, reports) from source documents into databases using keyboards, scanners, or specialized software.

- Reviewing, correcting, and updating existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- File Management
- Sorting, organizing, and filing digital or physical documents for proper storage.
- Report Generation
- Creating and exporting spreadsheets and data reports as required.
- Computer Operation
- Managing and monitoring computer systems, performing backups, and solving basic technical issues.
- Security & Confidentiality
- Adhering to data confidentiality policies, ensuring sensitive information is handled securely.
