What You’ll Do
- Prepare Continental breakfast and café dishes as per SOPs.
- Handle pasta, sandwiches, salads, starters, sauces, sides & plating.
- Ensure excellent taste, quality, presentation & portion control.
- Maintain mise en place and service readiness during busy hours.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO/FEFO & kitchen SOPs.
- Maintain a clean workstation and control food wastage.
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team.
We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years’ experience in Café / Continental cuisine.
- Strong experience in Continental breakfast and café operations.
- Good knowledge of Hot & Cold Kitchen.
- Passionate, disciplined, fast and team-oriented.
