We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining a clean, well-managed, and professional workplace. This role plays an important part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic by providing timely assistance to staff and handling routine operational tasks.

What You'll Do

Prepare and serve tea, water, and refreshments for staff and visitors.

Ensure the clinic and office areas are clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.

Assist with the movement of files, records, and other office materials.

Deliver medicines, documents, and supplies between clinic locations as required.

Purchase or collect food parcels, stationery, and other essential items when needed.

Arrange and replenish pantry and office supplies.

Provide day-to-day operational support to the clinic team.

Assist with other general office duties assigned by the management.
