Generate leads through outbound calling.

Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales/operations team for customer appointments and further follow-up.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
