About the Role

SmartFin CFO is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals who are interested in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals, and networking.

Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

Explain company products/services and effectively communicate their value.

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
