Job Title: Recruiter
Experience: 0–1 year
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate joining formalities and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Meet assigned hiring targets within the required timelines.

Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in recruitment; freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome done MBA- HR.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Candidates residing near Dwarka, New Delhi, will be preferred.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
