Banking Consultant
BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE is seeking a highly experienced Senior Banking Consultant / Advisor to provide strategic banking, transaction, project-finance and escrow advisory support for Blackbull's corporate clients and selected institutional projects.
This is a senior-level position intended for a banking or financial-services professional with a minimum of 25 years of substantial experience in corporate transactions, banking structures, project finance, fundraising, institutional finance and escrow development.
The selected professional will work primarily in an advisory and transaction-development capacity, supporting client companies in designing commercially viable, legally coordinated and financially structured solutions.
This is not a general banking sales, retail banking or entry-level consulting position.

Preference will be given to candidates who have personally handled significant transactions involving banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, investment funds, family offices, private investors, institutional lenders or large corporate groups.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Banking Consultant will advise BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE and its client companies on the development, structuring and execution of complex banking and financial mandates.
Responsibilities will include evaluating corporate funding requirements and developing appropriate financing strategies based on the client's business model, assets, cash flow, project economics, transaction structure and risk profile.
The consultant will be expected to provide strategic guidance concerning project finance, debt and equity fundraising, structured finance, asset-backed transactions, acquisition finance, working-capital structures and institutional funding arrangements, where applicable.
A major responsibility will be supporting the development of escrow-based transaction frameworks for corporate projects. The candidate should understand how escrow mechanisms can be structured to provide controlled fund flows, milestone-based disbursements, payment security, transaction monitoring and stakeholder protection, subject to applicable banking, contractual and regulatory requirements.
PROJECT FINANCE & FUNDRAISING
The candidate must possess demonstrated expertise in taking a funding requirement from the preliminary assessment stage through financial structuring, documentation coordination, investor/lender engagement, due diligence and transaction closure.
The consultant may be required to
Assess the financial feasibility and bankability of projects.
Review funding requirements and capital structures.
Develop project-finance strategies.
Identify appropriate categories of banks, lenders, funds and investors.
Support preparation of transaction structures and funding proposals.
Coordinate with promoters, legal professionals, financial advisers and institutional stakeholders.
Support due diligence and financial-information requirements.
Assist negotiations relating to funding structures and commercial terms.
Develop risk-mitigation and transaction-control mechanisms.
Advise management through financial closing and post-closing requirements.
The candidate must understand that fundraising assignments require credible institutional relationships, commercially sound structures and regulatory compliance. No candidate should represent that funding is guaranteed merely because an application or proposal has been submitted.
ESCROW DEVELOPMENT & TRANSACTION GOVERNANCE
Extensive knowledge of escrow and controlled-payment mechanisms is highly desirable.
The consultant should be capable of advising on structures involving
Escrow Accounts | Collection Accounts | Controlled Disbursement | Waterfall Mechanisms | Transaction Monitoring | Security Structures | Revenue Routing | Milestone-Based Payments | Lender Controls | Investor Protection | Acquisition Transactions
The role will require close coordination with Blackbull's legal team so that financial structures and contractual documentation remain aligned.
Any escrow, banking, investment or financial arrangement must remain subject to applicable banking regulations, KYC/AML requirements, contractual documentation, institutional approvals and relevant laws.
CORPORATE TRANSACTION ADVISORY
The Senior Banking Consultant may advise client companies in relation to
Corporate acquisitions, asset transactions, business expansion, capital expenditure, refinancing, restructuring, project development, strategic investments, institutional capital requirements and other complex corporate financial transactions.
The professional should be comfortable working directly with company promoters, directors, CFOs, bankers, investors, lenders, lawyers, compliance teams and senior management.
The position therefore requires exceptional professional maturity, confidentiality and commercial judgment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have
Minimum 25 years of relevant professional experience in banking, corporate finance, institutional finance, project finance, investment banking, structured finance or closely related areas.
Candidates should ideally have held senior positions such as
