Job Title: Billing & Counter Staff
Location: Hyderabad

Salary & Benefit

16,000 – 18,000 per month

We are looking for a Billing & Counter Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing counter operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Generate bills and invoices accurately using billing software.

Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.

Assist customers at the counter and respond to their queries.

Maintain daily billing and sales records.

Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day cash reconciliation.

Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.

Support general administrative and operational activities.

Requirements

0–1 year of billing or counter staff experience.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle cash and maintain records accurately.

Languages Required

English, Hindi
