What You'll Do - 3 Tracks (Rotational Training for first 3 months)

Store Operations: Customer handling, billing, stock display, inventory, learning gold/diamond basics
Online Customer Support: Handling WhatsApp, Instagram DM, calls, order tracking, CRM updates
Marketing: Creating reels, product posts, assisting in campaigns, influencer coordination, in-store events

After training, you will be placed in the track where you perform best.

This is NOT a typical 9-to-5. We want people who are sharp, curious, and want to grow fast.

Qualification

Any Graduate - B.Com, BBA, BA, MBA Freshers welcome (2023, 2024, 2025 passouts)

0-1 year experience. Retail / jewellery background is a plus, not mandatory

Must be based in Hyderabad

Must-Have Skills

Fast Learner: Can pick up product knowledge, software, and processes in days, not months
Excellent Communication: Fluent Telugu + Hindi + Basic English
Digital Comfort: Instagram, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, Google Sheets
Customer-First Attitude: Patience, well-groomed, polite, sales mindset
Ownership: Punctual, honest, ready to work on weekends/festivals (jewellery peak season)

Salary & Growth

CTC: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 28,000 per month based on interview + aptitude

Sales Incentives + Festival Bonus

Direct mentoring by owner, fast growth to Sr. Executive / Store Supervisor in 12 months

Training in gold, diamonds, and luxury retail provided
