Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest and public areas.
- Clean floors, corridors, washrooms, staircases, lobby areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform routine cleaning activities.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and replenish required supplies.
- Collect and dispose of garbage as per hygiene standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools safely.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Support the Housekeeping team with deep-cleaning activities whenever required.
- Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Perform other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping equipment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Disciplined, punctual, hygienic, and team-oriented.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Compensation \& Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch \& Dinner provided
