Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accountant (Tally, GST, TDS) Company: Pabal Manibhadra Food Products Pvt Ltd Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: 2–5 years (manufacturing company experience preferred) About Us: We are a growing food manufacturing company with two brands, Tavon (premium free-from snacks and bakery) and Bake Theory (fresh bakery), and we also manufacture for leading brands. We have a team of 40+ people and are looking for an accountant to join our finance team. Roles & Responsibilities: Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt) Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and do GSTR-2B reconciliation TDS deduction, payment and quarterly return filing Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation Maintain accounts payable and receivable and follow up on payments Support monthly payroll, PF, ESI and PT compliance Coordinate with stores for raw material and packing material stock records Prepare monthly MIS reports and closing stock statements Support the auditor during audits and help with GST refunds and other compliance work Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) Good working knowledge of Tally Prime Good knowledge of GST and TDS Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Able to communicate in English, Kannada or Hindi Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
