Position: Technical Support – Voice
Process: International Voice Process
Experience: Experienced Candidates Only
Salary: ₹28,000 Per Month In-Hand
CTC: Up to ₹34,000
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,000/-
Incentives: Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives
Cab: Two-Way Cab Facility
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Requirements

International Voice / Technical Support Experience is Mandatory

Excellent English communication skills

Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred

Job Responsibilities

Handle technical support calls from international customers

Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues

Provide clear and effective technical assistance

Maintain customer service and quality standards

Document and follow up on customer issues when required
