ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Talview is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join as Management Trainees – Operations. This is a paid internship opportunity that provides candidates with practical exposure to operations and a professional work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day-to-day operational activities.

Assist in managing online assessment and proctoring processes.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

Follow operational procedures and guidelines.

Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Handle operational queries and escalate issues when required.

ELIGIBILITY

Freshers and candidates looking to begin their career in Operations can apply.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
