About Momentum Creatives

Momentum Creatives is a reel production and creative content company focused on helping businesses create professional and engaging video content for their brands.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, trend-aware, and passionate about social media, reels, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, posts, and campaigns.

Research trending reels, audio, formats, hooks, hashtags, and content styles.

Create and maintain a social media content calendar.

Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy.

Coordinate with video editors, content creators, and the production team.

Assist in planning and executing video content for different brands and projects.

Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Prepare basic social media performance reports.

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats.

Engage with comments, messages, and audiences when required.

Use AI and other creative tools for content research and ideation.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong understanding of Instagram and Reels.

Good understanding of current social media trends and short-form content.

Good communication and basic copywriting skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Interest in video content, reels, and creative production.

Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of tasks.

Candidates with personal social media pages, college projects, or content portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Someone who is creative, energetic, trend-aware, and hands-on, with a genuine interest in social media and short-form video content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
