Position: Tele Calling / Tele Collection Officer (TCO)
Locations: Thane | Chennai | Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 / month (Depending on experience and location)
Experience: Freshers welcome for select roles; Experienced candidates preferred for write-off and delinquent portfolios.

Job Highlights & Portfolios

Handle overdue accounts, write-offs, and specific collection buckets across various portfolios.

Portfolios include ARC, AXP, DBS, ABC, and IIFL (varies by location).

Achieve daily and monthly collection targets through effective negotiation and customer engagement.

Handle delinquent/overdue customer accounts with professional resolution skills.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
