Site Engineer (Civil)(Structure)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at the site.
• Study and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and engineering standards.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and alignment before concreting.
• Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and testing.
• Ensure proper curing and other required activities after concreting.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with the planning and billing teams for measurements and work completion.
• Verify quantities and measurements of completed structural works.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and proper use of PPE.
• Report any quality, safety, or technical issues to the senior management.
• Coordinate with the design/consultant team for clarification of drawings and technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and material usage.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
