Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in tax laws, bookkeeping and record-keeping procedures. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of GST Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3, GSTR-3B, GSTCMP-08, GSTR-9 Annual Return, GSTR-9C and GSTR-4\).

• Knowledge of GST Invoicing, GST compliance, GST Audits, GST input tax, GST refunds, GST disputes

• Purchase \& Sales Entries, Knowledge of TDS Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

• Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, Monthly Bill payments, Maintaining voucher reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable functions.

• Monitoring and reconciling bank statements, preparing and posting journal entries.

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and conducting financial analysis.

• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, such as TDS and PF.

• Conducting internal audits and identifying potential risk areas.

• Interpreting financial data and providing insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related field.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime/Busy.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
