JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP & S/4HANA Finance transformations, capable of leading end-to-end implementations while effectively engaging with business stakeholders across Finance stream.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead SAP Finance transformation programs from design to go-live.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Bridge business and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Oversee solution design, system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Treasury, FSCM, and IT teams.
• Required Expertise
• SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI): GL, AP, AR,R2R, Asset Accounting, Ledgers & Extension Ledgers, Currencies, Company Codes.
• Nice to have expertise in Treasury & Banking, FSCM: Collections Management and Dispute Management.
• Strong experience in Finance process integration.
• End-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, enhancements, workflows, and integration design.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) from an accredited college/university
• Master’s degree (MBA/M.com) from an accredited college/university

Work experience

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Big 4/Big 6 firms is highly preferred
• Experience in people management, performance management, leading teams of 5-6 members, reviewing work of juniors
