Driver In-Charge – Roles & Responsibilities
Manage drivers and their daily attendance.
Allocate drivers and vehicles for trips.
Monitor vehicle condition, fuel, servicing, and repairs.
Coordinate daily trips and ensure timely delivery.
Check and collect trip/POD documents.
Ensure drivers follow safety and company rules.
Report any driver, vehicle, or trip-related issues to management.
Hindi and Tamil language was mandatory
