Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer calls, explaining company services, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
Follow up with customers to generate leads and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer queries and follow-ups.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
Good follow-up skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Fluency in Telugu and basic English communication is preferred.
