About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant (ANM) to support our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, maintain patient comfort and hygiene, and contribute to a safe and caring healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic patient care support, including personal hygiene.

Support nurses in providing basic patient care and monitoring.

Record vital signs and report abnormalities to the nursing team.

Assist patients during admission, discharge, and transfers.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient care areas.

Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.

Transport patients, specimens, and reports as required.

Provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) qualification from a recognized institution.

Fresher or up to 3 years of hospital experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
