Senior Marketing Executive – Retail

(Store Footfall & Customer Acquisition)

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (₹9.6 – 12 LPA), based on experience
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Education: Master's degree in Marketing (MBA/PGDM Marketing or equivalent)

About Us

Neubaby is a fast-growing children's retail brand with 15+ stores across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Vellore, plus online sales through neubabystores.com and shop-in-shop counters. We're scaling quickly and looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to bring customers into stores.

Role Overview

You will own local and regional marketing for our store network, with one clear goal: grow store footfall, new customers, and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run store-level marketing to drive footfall and walk-in sales.

Run local activations: mall events, society/apartment campaigns, school and hospital tie-ups, and kids' events.

Plan new store launch campaigns (pre-launch buzz, opening week, first 90 days).

Drive repeat visits through customer databases, WhatsApp/SMS offers, loyalty, and birthday programs.

Work with the digital team on Meta and Google local campaigns that push store visits.

Plan seasonal and festive campaigns (Diwali, Pongal, back-to-school, and end-of-season sales).

Manage in-store promotions, signage, and offer communication with VM and store teams.

Build partnerships with malls, brands, and local businesses for co-marketing.

Manage marketing budgets and vendors (printing, events, agencies).

Track footfall, conversion, new vs. repeat customers, and campaign ROI; report monthly to management.

Requirements

Master's degree in Marketing (mandatory).

10+ years in marketing, with a strong retail background (multi-store retail preferred; kids, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail a plus).

Proven record of increasing store footfall and customer acquisition.

Hands-on experience with BTL and local area marketing.

Working knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and WhatsApp marketing.

Strong vendor management and budget planning skills.

Good communication in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada a plus).

Willing to travel to stores across South India.
