Job description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about projects/products.

Explain project features, pricing, offers, payment plans, and other details to customers.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable projects/products.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits or sales opportunities.

Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and customer meetings.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Provide regular updates and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
