About the Role
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our EdTech client as Business Development Associates (BDA) / Senior Business Development Associates (Sr. BDA). The role involves counselling prospective students, managing leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments.
Eligibility
- Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline
- BDA:- 0-2 years of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Sr. BDA:- 2-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech/ Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline/CRM.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- For Sr. BDA: mentor junior team members and support team targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Office.
Salary
- BDA: 7 - 8.4 LPA
- Sr. BDA: 8.4 – 11 LPA
