Role Description: The Academic Counselor role at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will guide students, parents, and educational institutions on academic pathways, program selection, and career-oriented learning options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing educational needs, recommending suitable courses or institutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Educational Consultant will collaborate with internal teams to refine advisory services, prepare informational materials, and support outreach and orientation activities. The role also involves handling inquiries, providing clear communication across channels, and ensuring a positive, professional client experience.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Educational Consulting and a solid understanding of the Education sector.

Consulting skills with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear, professional interactions.

Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and client satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Experience working with students, parents, or educational institutions, preferably in a consulting or advisory capacity.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort using CRM or database tools.
