Store Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day store operations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, and daily work allocation.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory levels.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO and expiry management.
• Control stock shortages, damages, wastage, and pilferage.
• Monitor billing, cash, UPI, card, and daily collections.
• Ensure daily cash and sales reconciliation.
• Maintain proper product display, shelf arrangement, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and feedback.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and discipline.
• Monitor store opening and closing activities.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, cash, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and retail procedures.
• Train and develop staff to improve sales and customer service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and overall store experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and store performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Degree; MBA/Retail Management preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG, supermarket, organic store, grocery retail, or similar retail operations.
• Salary - 15,000 - 25,000
• Strong experience in team handling, sales, inventory, billing, and store operations.
• Knowledge of POS/billing software and MS Excel.
• Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment and manage store operations independently.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
