Digital Marketing Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE Prakhar Pragya Developers Private Limited is looking for a data-driven, commercially minded and highly capable Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can turn our digital presence into measurable business results. This is not simply a content-posting role. We are looking for someone who understands data, audiences, campaigns, platforms, advertising and lead generation — and can use previous performance data to make better decisions about what we do next. You should be able to answer: Who are we reaching? What are they responding to? Which campaign is working? Which audience is converting? What should we do next? The objective is not merely to increase followers. The objective is to build a strong digital brand and generate quality attention, enquiries, leads and business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Data Analysis & Audience Intelligence Analyse historical data from previous campaigns, social media activity, client enquiries, lead sources, audience behaviour and outreach efforts. Identify patterns, high-performing audiences, locations, demographics, content themes, campaign results and conversion opportunities. Use this information to plan future marketing rather than relying on guesswork. 2. Client & Lead Data Analysis Study existing client and lead data to understand who has previously shown interest in our properties, what type of properties they enquire about, where they come from, their price ranges, behaviour and engagement patterns. Convert these insights into actionable outreach and campaign strategies. 3. Campaign Planning Plan digital campaigns from objective to execution. Define the target audience, campaign message, creative direction, platform, budget, duration, KPIs and expected outcome. Campaigns should have a clear purpose such as awareness, engagement, enquiries, lead generation, remarketing or conversion. 4. Social Media Strategy Build and maintain a structured social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Plan what content should be published, why it should be published, who it is intended for and what action the audience should take. 5. Deep Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram You must understand Facebook and Instagram deeply — not just how to post. This includes Reels, Stories, Feed content, carousels, audience behaviour, engagement, insights, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, creative testing and platform-specific content strategy. 6. Meta Ads Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta advertising campaigns. Understand campaign objectives, audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalikes where appropriate, retargeting, creative testing, placements, budgets, cost per lead and conversion performance. 7. Real Estate Digital Marketing Understand how to market real estate digitally. Learn how different properties appeal to different buyer segments such as end-users, investors, luxury buyers, NRIs, local buyers and channel partners. Translate property USPs into compelling digital campaigns. 8. Content Planning Create structured content calendars covering property showcases, project updates, educational content, market insights, client-oriented content, brand building, behind-the-scenes content, Reels, Stories, YouTube content and LinkedIn communication. 9. YouTube Strategy Plan and analyse YouTube content including property walkthroughs, project videos, short-form videos, educational videos and other relevant formats. Track views, retention, click-through behaviour, engagement and audience growth. 10. LinkedIn Strategy Develop a professional LinkedIn presence for the company. Create content around projects, development, real estate insights, company achievements, business activity, leadership and industry positioning. 1. Performance Monitoring Monitor campaign and platform performance regularly. Track reach, impressions, engagement, views, watch time, clicks, leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, audience growth and other relevant KPIs. 12. Reporting Prepare clear and useful reports for management. Reports should not simply contain numbers — they should explain what happened, why it happened, what worked, what did not work and what we should do next. 13. Future Planning Based on Data Use historical performance to build future plans. Identify which audiences, creatives, messages, platforms and campaigns deserve more investment and which should be changed, paused or discontinued. 14. A/B Testing & Optimisation Test different creatives, hooks, headlines, formats, audiences, offers and campaign structures. Use actual performance data to make decisions and continuously improve results. 15. Lead Quality Focus Do not measure success only by the number of leads. Analyse lead quality wherever data is available. Identify which campaigns generate serious enquiries, site visits and potential buyers rather than simply cheap leads. 16. Remarketing & Retargeting Develop sensible remarketing strategies for people who have interacted with our social profiles, videos, website, advertisements or previous campaigns, subject to available data, platform rules and applicable privacy requirements. 17. Competitor & Market Analysis Monitor competitors and the broader real estate digital landscape. Identify successful content formats, campaign approaches, audience trends and opportunities — while ensuring our marketing remains original and compliant. 18. Coordination With Sales Team Work closely with the sales team to understand the quality of incoming leads. Marketing should know which leads are converting, which campaigns are producing poor-quality enquiries and what clients are actually asking for. 19. Proactive Working Style Do not wait for management to tell you what to post or which campaign to run. Review the data, identify opportunities, propose ideas and bring a plan to management. The expectation is “Here is what I recommend and why”, not simply “What should I do?”. 20. Brand Consistency Maintain consistency in the company's
