Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage patient medical records accurately and systematically.
Collect, verify, file, and retrieve patient records as required.
Ensure proper documentation and completeness of medical records.
Handle discharge summaries, case sheets, investigation reports, and other medical documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, and other departments for required records.
Support scanning, indexing, and digitization of medical records.
Assist in maintaining MRD registers and preparing reports.
Ensure records are maintained as per hospital policies and quality standards.
- Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma in Medical Records or related field.
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MRD/Medical Records in a hospital preferred.
- Pay
- ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
