HR Recruiter

Job Summary

ORG LINKED is hiring a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, identifying top talent across diverse functions, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job portals (Indeed, Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidate fitment against client job profiles.

Schedule and coordinate client-candidate interviews, ensuring smooth communication throughout.

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Negotiate salary offers and follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment.

Proven track record of sourcing and closing positions across entry-to-mid levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
