HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes at our Chennai location.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including document verification and orientation.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Coordinate attendance, leave records, and inputs for monthly payroll processing.

Manage background verification (BGV) checks with third-party vendors.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal employee HR queries and policy resolutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR roles.

Good understanding of HR best practices, labor compliance, and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR Management Systems (HRMS).

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
