Supporting the preparation and review of consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Monitor new and amended IFRS standards and assess their accounting and reporting impact on the Group.

Supporting year-end audits and provide the required technical accounting documentation and analysis.

Supporting Finance leadership on accounting implications arising from M&A, corporate restructuring, entity establishment or closure, and other strategic transactions.

Strengthening accounting policies, financial controls, documentation, and reporting processes.

Contributing to IPO readiness, including enhancing accounting documentation, reporting quality, governance, controls, and audit readiness.

Partnering with Tax, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and other functions on transactions requiring cross-functional financial assessment.
