Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for a confident, professional and student-focused Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling admission enquiries, making follow-up calls, explaining courses and assisting students throughout the admission process.

Candidates with prior experience in the education industry, particularly in admission counselling, telecalling, student counselling or course-related communication, will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding course and admission enquiries.
• Understand students' requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
• Explain course details, eligibility, admission process, fees and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain proper records.
• Counsel students and parents professionally and resolve their queries.
• Assist students through the admission and enrolment process.
• Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth enrolment.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and parents.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, telecalling, education or a similar role preferred.
• Education industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Strong follow-up and student-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or around Dwarka / Sector 7 / Ramphal Chowk will be preferred.
• Candidates who can join within 10 days are preferred.

Salary \& Incentives

Salary

Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional performance-based incentives will be provided as per the company's incentive structure.
