Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js/Next.js, React Native, SQL databases, Redis, Git and AWS.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable CRM web applications, mobile applications and backend APIs, as well as working on real-time communication and AI-enabled application features.

Key Technical Skills

Frontend Development Strong knowledge of React.js.

Working experience with Next.js.

Good understanding of JavaScript/Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3.

Experience developing responsive and reusable UI components.

Understanding of frontend performance optimization and API integration.

Mobile App Development

Hands-on experience with React Native.

Knowledge of Android and/or iOS application development.

Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, notifications and third-party services.

Understanding of mobile application debugging and performance optimization.

Work on WebRTC-based real-time audio/video communication features.

Backend Development

Strong knowledge of Node.js.

Experience with NextJS and/or Express.js.

Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

Understanding of authentication, authorization and API security.

Ability to integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Good understanding of asynchronous programming and error handling.

Database

Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Good understanding of SQL queries, joins, indexes and database design.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize slow-running queries.

Understanding of transactions, stored procedures and database performance.

Redis

Basic to good understanding of Redis.

Experience with caching, session management and temporary data storage.

Understanding of Redis-based performance optimization is an advantage.

Real-Time Communication

Understanding of WebRTC and real-time audio/video communication.

Exposure to real-time communication, video consultation or streaming applications will be an advantage.

AI / Generative AI, Voice Bot

Basic understanding of LLM and Generative AI concepts.

Works on Speech-to-Text technologies.
