About the Role

Brain Star Technologies is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to manage our complete B2B email marketing and lead-generation process, with a focus on Web Development, Mobile App Development, Shopify \& eCommerce services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage verified B2B email databases from scratch.
• Research and generate targeted leads for IT services.
• Set up and manage email accounts, domains, email tools, and campaigns.
• Plan and execute bulk/cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
• Manage email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation.
• Track open rates, replies, bounce rates, conversions, and qualified leads.
• Perform A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update the prospect database.

Tools

Experience with tools such as

Apollo \| LinkedIn Sales Navigator \| Instantly \| Smartlead \| Mailchimp \| HubSpot \| Zoho \| Hunter \| ZeroBounce \| NeverBounce \| Google Workspace \| Microsoft 365

Knowledge of other email marketing, lead-generation, verification, or deliverability tools is an advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Email Marketing experience.
• Strong B2B cold email and lead-generation experience.
• Experience generating leads for IT/Web/Mobile App Development services.
• Experience in database building, email setup, verification, and deliverability.
• Good English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience targeting USA/UK/Canada/Australia markets is preferred.

Pay

₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
