E* ffective Communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly.

F* amiliarity with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage.

P* roficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and documentation tools.

B* achelor's degree in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

A* bility to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

I* nterest in learning enterprise technology solutions and growing into a senior business analyst role.
