Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee distribution channels and partner relationships across assigned portfolio
• Develop and implement distribution strategies to drive business growth and market penetration
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and market gaps within the distribution network
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and product teams
• Conduct regular reviews of partner performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and DBS policies across all distribution activities
• Prepare reports and presentations on distribution performance and strategic recommendations
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives through distribution channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management, channel management, or related roles
• Proven track record in developing and managing distribution networks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Knowledge of banking, financial services, or related industry preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Willingness to travel as required for business needs
